Ceramic products require care when fitting. We recommend using a manual screw driver to tighten screws rather than powered drill driver or screw driver. Ceramics items which are damaged or broken during fitting will not be replaced or refunded.
- Lighting Delivery
All lighting orders must be checked for damage on delivery and any damages or missing items reported within 48 hours of receipt.
When reporting damaged items, please email clear photographs of the damage together with your name and contact details to email@example.com
Do not return damaged or faulty goods without contacting us first. Please note that we are unable to deliver lighting products to destinations outside Europe.
