When your order is dispatched you will receive an email notification.Deliveries are generally made between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. You will receive email or text notifications from either DX, Royal Mail or Parcel Force (oversize items & remote areas) which will provide you with delivery information. By responding to the courier notifications you can alleviate most delivery issues and reschedule your delivery in the following ways:
- Select an alternative delivery date
- Opt for delivery to a nominated neighbour
- Have the parcel left in a safe place
Delivery will attempted twice before the parcel is returned to us. If all of the delivery procedures have been fulfilled correctly and the parcel is returned to us as undeliverable by the courier, we will contact you to re-arrange delivery, which will require a further delivery payment.
Cost £16 per order If you need your order a little more speedily than our standard delivery service then an express delivery service can be obtained by telephoning during office hours with your order.Telephone before 10.30am for the possibility of a next day service. This service is dependent on the availability of stock (you will be advised before you order).
UK Highlands, Islands and Remote Areas
From £8.50 Postage is calculated from the weight of the goods and your location using the best rate available as published by Parcel Broker, Parcel Force or Royal Mail (whichever provides the best price). We will advise you by email or telephone if there is a surcharge payable.
Delivery Outside the UK
Please email [email protected] with the details of your order together with the delivery address and we will calculate the delivery cost. Postage is calculated from the weight of the goods and your location using the rates published by Parcel Broker or Parcel Force (whichever provides the best price). The delivery cost will cover packaging and delivery only. Customs duties may be payable.We are unable to advise of these amounts and the recipient is responsible for paying this duty. Customs may also inspect goods prior to delivery. This may cause delay to the delivery of items.
