Fabric Samples and Swatches
Free Swatches
We take great care to represent our fabrics as accurately as possible, though colours can vary depending on your screen. So that you are certain of your choice, we always recommend ordering a free swatch so you can see the fabric in your own space and light. Please note that, as all fabric is cut to order, it cannot be returned.
If you are visiting our Ledbury Fabric Showroom you will be able to collect as many samples as will be useful to you. Likewise Click & Collect sample orders are supplied at no cost.
Sample Delivery for UK Addresses:
- Up to 3 postcard sized swatches £2.10 postage.
- For 4-12 swatches £4.95 postage.
- Maximum of 12 swatches per customer
- Please allow 5 days for delivery of sample orders.
Returnable Samples
To help you make the most informed choice, many of our fabrics are available as larger ‘Returnable Samples’ (around 50cm x 50cm). Seeing more of the pattern in situ is often invaluable when planning a room scheme. These can be returned within 28 days for a full refund, ensuring you can select with complete confidence.
What is a Stock Cutting?
Variations in colour and texture can occur between production batches of fabric, and we cannot guarantee that current stock will be an exact match to previous orders or samples.
If an exact match is important for your project, we recommend requesting a stock cutting before placing your order. A stock cutting is a small piece of fabric taken from the actual batch of stock from which your order will be cut, allowing you to check the colour and finish before committing to a larger purchase.
We would particularly recommend requesting a stock cutting if:
- You are trying to match a previous order.
- Your original sample is more than two months old.
- Colour accuracy is especially important to your project.
