An extra wide, woven fabric with classic ticking stripes of equal width. With stripes of warm, brick red, this fabric is suitable for curtains and blinds. A great choice for larger windows.
Please note that this fabric is railroaded which means the stripes run horizontally from selvedge to selvedge but the fabric is designed to be used as a vertical stripe. There is an occasional slub in the cloth which is inherent to the fabric and should not be considered a flaw.
Extra Wide Fabrics can be very economical for large windows and doors that require a lot of fabric. Being twice as wide, from selvedge to selvedge, of the standard width of furnishing fabrics (approx. 140cm), opting for an Extra Wide Fabric (approx. 280cm) will save time and effort usually spent joining widths.
