Mochaware Brick

£44.00 Per M

Suitable for Blinds

Suitable for Curtains

Designed exclusively for Tinsmiths, a charismatic fabric featuring a Mochaware cup and jug pattern by artist Marion Elliot.

Marion’s artwork has been inspired by the distinctive patterns and colours of Mochaware pottery from the late C18th. Widely used in daily life, from taverns to domestic kitchens, Mochaware vessels were for a while one of the most accessible forms of decorative pottery. These decorative pots characterise a rich tradition in British craftsmanship – a recurring theme within Marion’s illustrative work.
